We recently worked for a customer that had just had a conservatory extension built. The customer visited the store in Barnsley where they subsequently chose one of the beautiful Karndean floors in the Knight Tile range.
When our experts went to site survey they found a few issues left by the builders.
Below are pictures of the exposed brickwork in front of doorway into conservatory left by the builders.
Having attended the property the fitters also ran a DPM test. The concrete base was still damp, A chemical DPM needed to be used to prevent any issues with our screed from arising.
