Van Gogh-Distressed Oak VGW82T
Our customer has an open plan kitchen. In the conservatory the floor was fitted with old ceramics. The Floor Barn Fitting team spent some time preparing the floors. All the old ceramic tiles were uplift, revealing a concrete subfloor. This was primed and braced step for screed bleed and screed-ed with na screed.
NA is a premium latex screed. It can be applied over virtually any substrate such as old adhesive residues and ceramics. Suitable to receive floor coverings after 4 hours
The kitchen area was then fitted with a 9mm ply and then feathered.
The customer opted for a fresh new look with the Van Gogh – distressed oak flooring. This plank floor was fitted on a 45 degree angle. The customer was extremely pleased with the finished results.
