A Fresh Start for a our Customer
The Floor Barn Ltd had over the last few months liased with a customer that needed our specialist help. This customer needed a bespoke service to suit his needs and circumstances. He required us to be understanding, compassionate, to listen and be patient. The customer had spent quite a few hours on several different occasions in store with Sarahjayne and had built up a relationship to get to know the customer.
A few months had gone by and then the customer contact The Floor Barn while on holiday requesting us to install new flooring throughout their new home ready for their return to the country.
We, The Floor Barn team pulled out all the stops to ensure that we could deliver on our promise to fulfil his request. Initially Sarahjayne liaised with the customer in order to confirm porduct and colour choices were final. Upon approval from the customer The store went on to order the goods.
Our Fabulous fitting team both carpet teams and LVT teams then went out to complete the job ready for our customers return home.
