Below are photographs Zoe and Gary’s home Required extensive subfloor preparation work from our floor fitting team. Peaks and low points in the subfloor meant an industrial concrete grinding machine needed to be used first to remove the peaks, and rapid repair mortar was used to raise low points in the concrete. The surface then needed to be primed twice to ensure a good bond with the screed, leaving a smooth, flat surface ready for the installation of new karndean herringbone flooring throughout the home.
