Our lads fully prepare all subfloors in order to give you the best flooring finish.

Screeding of Floors
Screed is a thin layer of material usually laid on top of a concrete subfloor.
Once a layer of the screed has been placed, you can lay whatever finishing material you want on top of it such as carpet, vinyl, lvt or tile. The preparation of the subfloor prior is paramount to any LVT being successful installed.

Floor Design Strips and Decorative Borders | Karndean
